Refund Policy

Due to the custom nature of our items we do not offer returns.

You may cancel your order within 3 business days after purchase. 
If you wish to cancel your order after 3 business days, you can contact us at cindy@petalworksdayton.com.  Any items sent to us prior to cancelation, will not be returned without payment of return postage.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges
Exchanges are not permitted. We will, however, consider changing a requested item for a different item in our shop... if the original requested item has not been completed.
